2020 FOOTAGE FOUND! Louisiana SOS Kyle Ardoin Brags About NASS Censorship – Thanks Fellow Federal “Partners” Helping to Censor Free Speech
Louisiana’s Secretary of State joined other Secretaries of State in a regular meeting of NASS – the National Association of Secretaries of State. In one recording, SoS Kyle Ardoin brags about NASS’s censorship enterprise and thanks his fellow partners for helping censor information they didn’t want to be shared.
Video has surfaced from an October 2020 press briefing where Louisiana Secretary of State, Kyle Ardoin, can be heard admitting to the National Association of Secretaries of State’s (NASS) partnership with federal and state authorities to censor “misinformation- disinformation.” Ardoin has had a leadership role with NASS over the past 4 years.
Depositions and discovery from the Missouri/Louisiana v. Biden lawsuit, and the ongoing release of the Twitter files, has exposed NASS as a central player in a vast and complex unconstitutional “Censorship Enterprise.”
Senior state election officials such as Ardoin, New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, and Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, have tried to redefine illegal censorship as “misinformation, disinformation, and mal-information” or MDM.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported on email evidence showing Toulouse Oliver directing a subordinate to contact Twitter to take down a post concerning a power outage at a polling place.
They evidently think the American public is too stupid to realize their true intent, which is to spy on, suppress, and silence conservative voices that questioned the massive legal, behavioral, mathematical, and statistical deviations observed during the 2020 election.
It is important to note that Kyle Ardoin first became interim Secretary of State as a registered Democrat. Mr. Ardoin changed his party affiliation to Republican the day before qualifying for a special election to replace the incumbent a registered Republican who resigned.
Last week during the US House Committee on Oversight Hearing, Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) showed the infographic below that exposes all many of the organizations that conspired to create the federally-funded “Censorship Enterprise.”
It should be obvious to even a casual observer that any senior officer of NASS for the past four years must have been part of the planning and implementation of these illegal activities.
While thus far the congressional hearings have focused on Twitter’s illegal conduct, it is widely suspected similar back channels exist with officials at Meta/Facebook and YouTube. If YouTube officials also use the same cloud based portal known as “Jira” or something similar, there is corroborating evidence to suggest Ardoin may have tried to silence one of Louisiana’s leading election integrity advocates, Dr. Randy Russ.
Dr. Randy Russ is part of a group in Louisiana fighting for free, fair and transparent elections. A recent presentation on Election Integrity in Houma, Louisiana, was censored by YouTube even though Dr. Russ has virtually no social media presence.
YouTube accused Dr. Russ, a retired university professor, of “bullying and intimidation.” The timing was curious, as Kyle Ardoin’s opponent for the upcoming 2023 Secretary of State race, Mr. Brandon Trosclair, also posted Dr. Russ’s presentation on his official Secretary of State campaign social media site. YouTube also censored his account.
The benefits of censoring Kyle Ardoin’s opponent for Secretary of State are self-evident.
Who is responsible for censoring Louisiana citizens?
Who is responsible for censoring the Louisiana Secretary of State’s competitor for the Statewide position to oversee elections?
The US House of Representatives Committees on Oversight and Weaponization must subpoena the past president of NASS, Kyle Ardoin, to testify and get answers for the American people. They must also subpoena past president of NASS, Maggie Toulouse Oliver, and current NASS member, Michigan SOS Jocelyn Benson, whose reputation for partisan bullying is well documented. When did they know an illegal “censorship enterprise” was being created to silence conservative American citizens who disagreed with their state and federal government rhetoric on elections?
Is Kyle Ardoin currently playing a role in censoring Louisiana citizens and his opponent for Secretary of State?
In his own words in the video above, Ardoin brags about attacking “misinformation and disinformation” campaigns.
Congress must ask Ardoin and other NASS members to explain themselves, to identify the targets of their attacks that they have apparently carried out with with their “federal and state partners.”
Readers should consider reaching out to their congressional leaders and demand that these Secretaries of State testify under oath.
In the video below, you can see Ardoin bragging about censoring free speech and thanking his fellow Secretaries of State for doing the same. (See the full clip of the meeting at YouTube here before they take it down.)
In the second part of this video, you will see US Rep. from Florida pointing out the illegality with government agencies and employees colluding with private entities in censoring Americans’ free speech rights.
