After a woman started dating a man she met online, she became suspicious about him when he disappeared for long periods and justified his absence with “bizarre” excuses. Little did she know that the man was also dating three other women behind her back.
TikTok user Amanda, who goes by the username “Glamanda,” shared a video that showed what she did upon learning the bitter truth about a man she was dating.
Amanda met the man, who she chose not to name, in February 2023 on a dating app called Hinge. Once they matched, she dated him for six weeks until his strange behavior made her realize something was wrong.
Amanda initially thought she had met a great guy. They went on multiple dates before she noticed something unusual about him.
“He started going MIA for long periods of time, making plans and then bailing on them with these kind of like bizarre excuses [sic],” she revealed in a TikTok video.
Six weeks into their casual relationship, she decided to end it. However, this wasn’t the end of their story.
About a month after distancing herself from him, Amanda received a life-changing message from an unknown woman on Instagram who claimed to be his girlfriend. She said she was with another of his girlfriends and a woman he was dating.
He Was Following Other Girls
If it weren’t for Instagram, the man’s girlfriends would never learn about the other girls he was seeing. After moving from Baltimore, Maryland, to Providence Area, the man had a casual relationship with a girl there.
When Amanda visited the group, she saw the man’s photo there, and under it were comments from 48 women claiming he was their boyfriend.
Like most girlfriends, the woman followed him on Instagram. Since he only followed a few people there, she immediately noticed when he started following a new girl. What made her feel more suspicious was that this woman was from the city he previously lived in.
She Saw Him with Another Woman
The girl didn’t act on her gut feeling until her boyfriend told her he would disappear for a few days because his mother was visiting. Concealing her suspicions, the girl casually asked him where he would take his mother and secretly arrived at the place he told her about.
It turned out that her suspicions were correct. The man wasn’t spending time with his mother but was sitting with the same woman from Baltimore she saw on Instagram. Shocked at his audacity, the girl returned home and messaged the other woman.
The girl from Baltimore who claimed she was the man’s girlfriend was grateful to the woman for approaching her on Instagram. Then she left the man’s house and moved to a new place with the other woman’s help, where they checked the man’s following list on Instagram and came across Amanda.
After chatting with the woman on Instagram, Amanda learned that her ex-boyfriend was causally dating one girl and was in a serious relationship with two other women while simultaneously dating her. In her TikTok video, she concluded:
“He was ch£ating. There’s no other way to put it.”
Amanda was shocked to learn that the man she was dating was in a relationship with three other women. Curious, she investigated further and stumbled across the man’s photo on a Facebook group called “Are we dating the same person?”
As the name suggested, the group allows people to see if they are seeing someone already in a relationship. When Amanda visited the group, she saw the man’s photo there and was baffled when under the photo were comments from 48 women claiming he was their boyfriend. Amanda said:
“We suspect there are more girls out there, and we suspect this behavior is going to continue.”
Concerned for the well-being of other women, Amanda posted a screenshot of the man’s dating app profile. She wanted other girls to avoid dating him because she suspected he was s£xually active with multiple women simultaneously.
Time for Revenge
When Amanda and the three other women realized their boyfriend had cheated on all of them at the same time, they came up with a plan..
The four women teamed up and decided to show up at the man’s place. Three of them, including Amanda, hid at the corner of the street and watched the fourth girl walk up to his house.
Standing at his entrance, she greeted him when he opened the door and pretended to show him her outfit. She twirled before him and asked him if he liked it.
“Wait… my friends, my friends! I got to say bye to my friends!” the girl lied before walking towards Amanda and the two girls. Then she told the man her friends wanted to meet him and asked them to come when he agreed.
He Wasn’t Expecting This
In Amanda’s 2-minute-long TikTok video, the man was standing at his doorstep when all four of his girlfriends confronted him, to which he uttered:
“So what? What’s the point?”
Instead of listening to the women’s responses, the man closed the door in their faces immediately. “We love you so much!” one said while the others laughed.
Soon after, the four women became best friends. After posting the video of her ex that went viral and racked up more than 6 million views, Amanda told her followers that “a sisterhood” had been created.
No She considered the three girls her “life-long friends” and felt grateful that her horrible dating experience introduced three amazing women into her life. None of the four women had expected to make new friends that way.
