Donald Trump’s health is being talked about again after people noticed something strange on his hand. A recent photo shows a large patch of what looks like makeup or foundation on his skin, which has made many people online question how healthy he really is.

Concerns about Trump’s health have been ongoing since he first took office. People have often seen bruises and marks on his hands. Back in February, a yellow bruise was spotted on his right hand when he met France’s president, Emmanuel Macron. A few weeks later in March, darker marks appeared on his palm. The marks were seen again in April, and the White House said they were just a sign of how much he was working.

Now, a new photo shared on X shows his hand with a pale patch of makeup that doesn’t match his natural skin tone. People online are worried. Some asked what kind of health problem could cause his hands to look like that, while others pointed out that he has also been seen with swollen ankles and pale skin.

The White House responded by saying the marks on his hand were caused by shaking hands with so many people. Press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Trump is constantly meeting Americans and working hard every day. She added that bruises are common because of his busy schedule.

Recently, doctors diagnosed Trump with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), a condition that affects blood flow in the legs. It happens when the veins are damaged and can’t push blood back up to the heart properly, causing swelling and sometimes bruising or ulcers. About one in three adults in the U.S. has some form of venous disease, and around one in 20 has CVI.

Trump’s doctor confirmed there were no signs of more serious problems like blood clots or blocked arteries. Tests showed everything else was normal. To manage the condition, treatments can include wearing compression stockings, exercising more, keeping the legs raised, and maintaining a healthy weight.
