Donald Trump is being accused of orchestrating what one of his former allies calls a massive and deliberate plan to twist the truth and reshape how history remembers him. Lev Parnas, who once worked closely within Trump’s circle but has since distanced himself and become a vocal critic, recently wrote an article expressing his deep concerns about what is happening behind the scenes.
In his view, the recent events are not random; they are part of a carefully planned strategy by Trump and his allies to go after their enemies, change public perception, and erase the past in a way that benefits him.
Parnas described how the FBI’s raid on John Bolton’s home, a man who used to work for Trump but later turned against him, was not just a simple investigation. He believes it was a signal, a warning shot, the first step in a broader campaign of revenge. But according to him, the situation became even more troubling shortly after that.
The Department of Justice decided to release both transcripts and a tape recording involving Ghislaine Maxwell, a woman convicted of serious crimes related to trafficking and abuse. To the public, it may have seemed like just another piece of information being shared, but to Parnas, this was something far more sinister.
He claims this move was not intended to bring justice or protect the victims; instead, it was part of a bigger plan to change the narrative, to wash away the stains on Trump’s name, and even to portray Maxwell in a softer, almost sympathetic light. By doing this, he says, the real victims—the people who suffered and survived those horrific acts—are being ignored, silenced, and even blamed.
Parnas expressed outrage that the victims’ voices are being pushed aside while those responsible are being recast as victims themselves. He pointed to the reaction of Maxwell’s lawyer, Todd Blanche, as proof of this disturbing trend. Instead of focusing on the crimes and the people who were harmed, Blanche’s response went after the survivors, accusing them of lying and questioning their credibility.
According to Parnas, this is not just careless talk; it is a deliberate effort to build a new version of events where the guilty are seen as the wronged and the innocent are treated as liars. He warns that this is not speculation or wild theory—it is something being carefully constructed right now, step by step, to mislead the public and protect powerful figures.
Parnas called this not just a cover-up, which would mean hiding the truth, but a set-up, meaning that a whole new false reality is being created to serve a political purpose.
In his view, this is an active campaign to rewrite history, to make people doubt the facts they once knew, and to create confusion over who was the predator and who was the victim.
This, he believes, is the beginning of something much larger—what he calls a “retribution tour,” where Trump and his allies will use their power to punish opponents, discredit survivors, and reshape the truth in their favor. It is a strategy that, if left unchecked, could change how future generations understand what really happened, leaving the real victims erased and the guilty cleansed of their past.
