An 18-year-old guy Walked 10 miles in a blizzard, But a Meet in the middle of the Road Changed His Life
A young man went for a walk in the middle of a blizzard. This is what Art Bouvier, an owner of a restaurant, saw. And his diagnosis led to a story that warms the hearts of people all over the world. This is one of those stories that just can’t be skipped.
Art drove his car and stopped next to the young man, asking how he was. The 18-year-old, named Jhaqueil Reagan, replied he was on his way to a job interview
Jhaqueil explained that he walks 10 miles (see photo below) for his job interview. Art was in shock, and asked why he did not ride the bus – the 18-year-old told him the heartbreaking story – he had no money for the bus.
Although Jhaqueil planned to handle the blizzard during his 10 miles – he ended up not having to do it. Art was so moved by Jhaqueil’s determination that he offered the 18-year-old boy a job at his restaurant. Art shared the story about the unexpected encounter with Jhaqueil on his Facebook page , and the post quickly went viral.
The two who were strangers are now working together. The restaurant owner knew that this young man had the right attitude and that he deserved a chance
Jhaqueil expressed his appreciation to Art. And right now he has a much better job than the one he could have gotten after the 10-mile walk. Personally, we think that this moment of luck was definitely deserved for Jhaqueil – or maybe we should call this a moment of kindness.
