Joe Biden on Monday delivered remarks at the National Action Network Martin Luther King, Jr. Day breakfast.
Biden attacked police officers and targeted law-abiding gun owners in his speech.
“We have to retrain cops. Why should you always shoot with deadly force? The fact is if you need to use your weapon, you don’t have to do that,” idiot Biden said.

Joe Biden then threatened millions of conservatives.
“I love my right-wing friends talking about how the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots. If you want to take on the federal government, you need some F-15s. You don’t need an AR-15,” Biden said.
“I’m serious! Think about it!” he said.
