Brother and sister, who were in a relationship, were high on drugs and engaging in indcent activity behind elementary school before he beat her to death because “she told him to hit her, but he did not want to!”

According to the court documents, the 27-year-old defendant, later identified as Cody, told prosecutors that he beat his 18-year-old sister to death behind a local elementary school.

Prosecutors said the defendant and his sister, Heather, were reportedly in a inc3stuous relationship. During an interview with investigators, the defendant allegedly admitted to in-est and murder.



According to the court documents, family members were reportedly aware that the relationship had carried on for years. The defendant also said that he and his sister were on drugs and engaging in se-ual activity in a park when the victim allegedly told him to hit her, but he did not want to.

During an interview with investigators, the defendant also said that he repeatedly beat his sister during se-ual activity and then carried her back home blocks away before going to sleep.

When Cody woke up later on Sunday, he noticed that Heather was not breathing and that she appeared to be dead, according to the report.

Family member then brought the victim to hospital and hospital staff pronounced the victim dead. Prosecutors said that several family members were detained for the investigation, and three adults at the house that were detained.



Cody’s and Heather’s is also behind bars for allegedly lying to police about a murder case involving her children. The arrest warrant claims Colleen, their mother, knew about the murder after Cody called her saying Heather was dead.

According to the court documents, it took several interviews for Colleen to admit to investigators what she knew.

The mother reportedly said that she just stopped by the house and didn’t know what happened to Heather. Then, she told police when she arrived, Cdoy had a stone cold look on his face and stated something bad had happened.
