In a peaceful neighborhood, a young girl named Sarah was excited to take her scooter outside. Her loving father, John, gave her permission but reminded her to stay close to their house. John had important online conference calls that day and wanted to ensure Sarah’s safety.
As Sarah happily scooted around, a police officer named Karen approached her.
