LGBTQ Launch Petition To Ban Mentioning “Jesus” And Quoting Of Bible In Board Meetings After a Parent Quotes a Bible Verse

Leftists angered by people saying things they don’t like have launched a petition to ban “hate speech” at Loudoun County School Board meetings after one parent dared to quote Scripture during a recent meeting.

Because apparently, reading an excerpt from the Bible is more offensive than ignoring girls being raped in school bathrooms.

Fox News’ Kristine Parks reports that Mark Winn, a local dad, quoted a short passage from the Bible during a December 13 school board meeting, where parents called for more resignations in the wake of an indictment against now-former Superintendent Scott Ziegler and another school official for their role in covering up the sexual assaults of two female students by a cross-dressing boy last year.

“[LGBT] behaviors should never have been promoted, taught, or encouraged in the schools that you oversee,” Winn said at the meeting.

“If any man or woman causes one of these little ones to stumble, it would be better for [them] if a millstone to be put around your neck and thrown into the lake,” he went on, paraphrasing Jesus’ words in the Gospel of Matthew.

“Get back to reading, writing and arithmetic and quit grooming and pimping,” Winn then concluded.

In response, 19-year-old Loudoun County “community organizer” Andrew Pihonak launched a petition to ban “hate speech,” which apparently he believes includes quoting Jesus.

“During the School Board meeting on December 13th, a man said that people in the LGBTQ+ community are better off with millstones around their necks at the bottom of a river,” Pihonak’s petition reads, completely misunderstanding the Biblical passage that was quoted.

“Platforming hate speech like this empowers people to commit acts of violence against oppressed groups of people, and causes people like me in the LGBTQIA+ community to be bullied (often into suicidal ideation or suicide), tortured, and killed. I demand policy in the School Board that requires them to cut off a person speaking during public comment the second hate speech is spoken,” the petition demanded.

The online petition currently has just shy of 900 signatures as of 10 a.m. Friday, all from people who I can only assume have never actually read the Bible.

And who evidently think it’s fine to teach kindergarteners to question their own anatomy, pump prepubescent children full of artificial hormones, and allow teenage boys dressed as girls into female private spaces before lying about the consequences to promote a radical LGBTQ agenda..
