Aaron Tucker was released from prison after served 22 months for a firearms offense. He was adamant about starting a fresh and better chapter in his life – for himself and his son.

Aaron was on his way to an important job interview with only $2 in his pocket a week after his release from prison… but he never made it.

He noticed an overturned automobile ahead of the bus on the route. Concerned, he wanted to know if the driver was planning to help, but the driver declined. The driver also said he would leave Aaron behind if Aaron left the bus.

Aaron didn’t hesitate to do what he thought was right. He jumped off the bus and dashed to the car as it began to smoke, knowing full well that he’d miss his job interview.

He spotted and rescued the driver from the wreckage with the help of many other Good Samaritans. Aaron also removed his fresh dress shirt and wrapped it around the bleeding victim’s head. He kept chatting to the victim and assured him that everything would be OK.

Aaron stayed with the victim until emergency personnel arrived. Then he returned home and prayed.
Aaron’s journey, however, was far from over. The news of the former inmate’s bravery immediately traveled around town.
