My name is Ava, and I am 34 years old, living with my husband James. We both work for the company that my father-in-law founded, though my father-in-law has retired.

He single-handedly grew a small construction company into a 250 billion dollar annual revenue enterprise. He even acquired rival construction companies, and while he may have been forceful at times, everyone admires his incredible business acumen.
