Emily Nixon is Resident of the city of Malta in the state of North Yorkshire England at the age of 25 she had to go through a great loss that profoundly shook her life and that of her husband.

Christian Rogers the couple had to say goodbye to their little girl Darcy Rogers she was only six years old she suffered from a rare disease known as olfactory syndrome a cluster of birth defects typically characterized by the presence of vertical defects heart defects kidney anomalies and limb anomalies.

Before leaving Darcy was very excited as she learned that she was going to have a little sister and after a quiet gestation period Emily gave birth to Beatrice and everything was going well, when suddenly five days after Beatrice’s birth Darcy had a cardiac arrest and died as the parents were unable to deal with the loss of little Darcy.

They decided to refrigerate her body in the hospital bed the procedure meant that the girl could be preserved and so Emily and her husband could stay with her for five days.

They took pictures and did a lot of things like taking pictures with their daughter they wanted to have enough memories to show Beatrice when she grew up the house is full of pictures and there seems to be a connection between them if you put a photo of Darcy in front of Beatrice she smiles as if she knows who she is her mother said moved Emily says that Darcy was very happy to have become an older sister and was very careful with little Beatrice, not long ago Emily and her husband launched a clothing line in honor of their daughter and the money from sales will be used to help the hospital that took care of little Darcy many people were moved by the story of this family.
