Trump Admin Makes ‘Extremely Concerning’ Discovery About Biden EPA – Billions Set Aside for Stacey Abrams-Linked Group

Stacey Abrams attended an event in New York City on February 13 hosted by The Ripped Bodice and VOW for Girls. The event, called “Every Girl Deserves Happily Ever After,” aimed to end child marriage.

Meanwhile, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has been working to cut wasteful spending, which is causing problems for former President Joe Biden’s reputation.

On Wednesday, the Washington Free Beacon reported that the DOGE found $2 billion set aside by Biden’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a grant for an organization called Power Forward Communities. This group is connected to Stacey Abrams, a Democratic activist and former Georgia state representative.

The grant was given in April 2024 through the EPA’s Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund program. However, there are concerns about Power Forward Communities. The organization was only created a few months before receiving the grant and reported just $100 in revenue during its first three months.

EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin called the situation “extremely concerning,” pointing out that giving $2 billion to an organization with such little revenue doesn’t make sense. He also linked this grant to a larger pattern of questionable spending by the Biden administration, including moving $20 billion outside of a financial institution just before leaving office.

Power Forward Communities released a statement saying the grant money would be used for things like heat pumps, solar panels, and other green energy projects. But critics, like Daniel Turner from Power the Future, called the grant “out-and-out fraud,” arguing that it’s irresponsible to give such a huge amount of money to a newly formed organization with no track record.

Many taxpayers are angry about this, feeling that their hard-earned money is being misused. Critics also question how Democrats can defend this kind of spending, especially after accusing the government of being in a “constitutional crisis.”

In short, the situation looks like a case of taxpayer money being funneled to activists like Abrams, and the excuses from her supporters are likely to frustrate many people even more.
