There’s no age limit on love, happiness, and a childlike sense of wonder.
A man named Armand Foisy saw the truth when he and his 101-year-old mother were out driving. His mother, Albina, asked him in the middle of nowhere to stop the car because she wanted to get out and take a look.
What happened next warmed not only Armand’s heart, but the hearts of millions of viewers worldwide.
Capturing the adorable moment on video, Foisy explained, “I’ve slowed the video down quite a bit just so I’d have time to give you a bit of the back story. It was raining a little, but we could see that the snow level was really low so we decided to check it out. Before I could get back on the road, the door flies open and out steps Mom.”
In the clip, Albina packs some snow together to make a snowball before throwing it.
Armand was caught off-guard with his mother’s actions but he managed to take out his camera and record it in time.
“When you have a mother that’s 101-years-old, it’s a good idea to keep the camera nearby for those special moments—this is one of those,” he said.
In November , Armand shared, “Three years ago today that mom was playing in the snow. Now she’s 104 and doing very well. Can you imagine?”
This 101-year-old’s reason for stopping was as simple as it was heartwarming—she simply wanted to make snowballs and enjoy the wonderful winter weather. So delightful to see this spirited woman have so much fun.
