Joseph Roy Metheny was charged with killing three women on December 19, 1996, he was 41 years old.

Authorities, according to murderpedia.org, said that Metheny would select women who had drug or alcohol problems.

The three women were Kimberly Spicer, Tori Lyn Ingrassia, and Catherine Magaziner and they all were strangled to death.

Metheny later confessed to killing 10 people in the Baltimore area and was sentenced to death. His death sentence was overturned on July 24, 2000 and he had been living out his life in prison in Cumberland, Maryland.

On August 5, 2017, Metheny was found dead in his cell, he was 62. At his trial, Metheny told the jury that he would never use the words “I’m sorry” for his crimes because it would be a lie.

He never showed any remorse and reported chopped up his victims and sold the meat as barbecue! Metheny wrote a confession letter claiming he had killed three men and four women near a bridge in South Baltimore.

He was never found guilty of those murders because the police couldn’t prove he had done it.

In his confession letter, Metheny described cutting his victims and storing the meat in Tupperware containers in his freezer.

Metheny claims he started to kill people after his wife became addicted to cocaine and ran off with their 6-year-old son.

Because of his criminal record, Metheny couldn’t get custody and started to take his revenge out on ‘homeless mother*****s’ and ‘crackwh****s.’ Metheny’s death is still under investigation. Share away, people.
