Woman grabs blind man’s hand, doesn’t realize she’s was being recorded

There truly are good people in this world and 26-year-old Casey Spelman of Indianapolis is the perfect example
While visiting Wrigley Field for a baseball game between the Cubs and the Cardinals, Casey noticed a blind man who was having trouble hailing a cab. She did what came naturally for her – she stopped to help a stranger in need.

A woman’s small act of kindness lasted just a few seconds, and would have been immediately lost if not for Ryan Hamilton. Ryan was sitting at a nearby rooftop bar and noticed what was happening.

He recorded everything and uploaded it to Facebook where it quickly went viral.
“I didn’t really think much of it at the time,” Casey said in an interview after her act of kindness went public. “It was after a Cubs game and it was still pretty crowded. I thought, ‘Man, it’s going to take him a while.’”

The blind man was later identified as Yusef Dale, an assistant U.S. attorney in Chicago.
