Anti-Trump, Uniparty Leader Karl Rove Suffers Meltdown After McCarthy Fails to Secure Speakership (VIDEO)

Earlier today Trump endorsed Kevin McCarthy failed three times to win the vote for US Speaker of the House.

Kevin McCarthy lost the third vote for House Speaker on Tuesday afternoon with 20 Republicans voting for Rep. Jim Jordan.

The winning Republican can only afford to lose four votes! He must reach 218 votes to win the Speakership.

It appears that Republican ‘rebels’ have coalesced around Jim Jordan.

And GAETZ, who initially voted for Biggs for speaker, now nominates JORDAN.

To make matters worse, on Tuesday night President Donald Trump declined to say whether he will continue to endorse Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House.

Following the voting on Tuesday, anti-Trumper Karl Rove suffered a meltdown on FOX News calling today’s infighting an “utter, unmitigated disaster.”

Rove went on with Sandra Smith following one of McCarthy’s failed votes.

Karl Rove, former Bush White House aide and Fox News contributor, broke down why he believes the voting for the House speaker is unlikely to stop anytime soon, calling the GOP’s failure to elect Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) an “utter, unmitigated disaster.”

“With us, former White House deputy chief of staff to Fox News contributor. Karl, I suppose you have to be wondering what sort of horse-trading was done in between the votes here?” began Fox News anchor Sandra Smith.
