During a Fox News interview with Laura Ingraham, President Donald Trump shared insights about his youngest son, Barron Trump, suggesting that the 19-year-old may not follow his father’s path into politics or business.
Instead, Trump highlighted Barron’s “unbelievable aptitude in technology,” recounting a humorous anecdote about his son’s computer skills.
When Trump asked Barron how he accomplished a tech-related task, Barron reportedly replied, “None of your business, Dad.”
Barron, a freshman at NYU’s Stern School of Business, has been described by Trump as “a very smart guy” who could still pursue a career in business.
Reports from January 2025 indicated that Barron was in the process of launching a real estate company with partners.
Additionally, Melania Trump has praised her son for his campaign savvy, crediting him with helping to engage young male voters during Trump’s successful 2024 presidential campaign against Kamala Harris.
While Barron’s future remains open, Trump’s comments suggest that his son’s interests may lean more toward technology than politics or traditional business ventures.
