Donald Trump in Serious Trouble as New Crime Exposé by Judge Could Lead to Prison Sentence — You Won’t Believe What He Did

President Trump is set to be sentenced on January 10 in the hush money case led by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. This will happen just a few days before Trump is sworn in again as president.

The case involves a $130,000 payment Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen, made to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election.

The payment was intended to stop her from speaking publicly about an alleged affair with Trump. Prosecutors argued that the payment was illegally recorded as “legal fees” in Trump’s business records, which led to his conviction on 34 felony counts in April.

Judge Juan Merchan has ruled that Trump’s conviction will stand, despite arguments from Trump’s legal team. His lawyers had tried to dismiss the case, claiming Trump was protected by presidential immunity and other legal rules.

However, Judge Merchan said those arguments were not valid. He also stated that Trump will not serve any jail time. Instead, Trump will appear virtually for his sentencing on January 10.

This sentencing is significant because it involves a former president who is also preparing to return to the White House after winning the recent election. Legal experts have said this type of case has no precedent in American history.

Trump and his legal team have been fighting the case for months. They argued the charges were politically motivated and even claimed the case violates constitutional protections for presidents.

Trump has openly criticized Judge Merchan, calling him biased and accusing him of ignoring a Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity. Trump also complained about a gag order that prevents him from speaking publicly about the case, claiming it violates his rights.

On Truth Social, Trump described the judge’s rulings as “illegal” and part of a “rigged hoax.” He argued that the case is an attack on the presidency itself and that the legal battles he faces are politically motivated attempts to stop him from serving as president again.

Despite all this, Judge Merchan has scheduled the sentencing to move forward, marking an extraordinary moment in U.S. history as Trump faces legal consequences while preparing to lead the country again.
