Sources say that many of the immigrants being targeted came into the U.S. using an app called CBP One. This app was created under President Biden’s leadership and was meant to help people enter the country legally through the border with Mexico. Around 900,000 people used the app and were allowed to stay in the U.S. for two years with permission to work. But now, Trump’s administration is telling many of them that they have to leave the country immediately.
