Mateo Kovacic managed to get plenty of people talking after stripping down to his underwear in the immediate aftermath of Chelsea’s win over Manchester United on Saturday evening. The Blues looked as if they had scored a late winner when Jorginho sent David de Gea the wrong way from the penalty spot before Casemiro rescued a draw for United in stoppage time with a towering header from close range.
The result saw Chelsea stay ahead of United in the Premier League table, with the west Londoners still just one point ahead of their fifth-placed opponents after the spoils were shared at Stamford Bridge. It was Kovacic who managed to steal the show after the full-time whistle, though, as he was spotted making his way down the tunnel in nothing but his underwear.
