On Thursday, The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday that black teenage students in Florida were caught on video savagely beating a 9-year-old girl on a school bus.

The disturbing video shows a giant black male and others repeatedly punching the small child in the face, head, and neck while she was desperately trying to protect herself.

The savage teens then began beating the girl’s 10-year-old brother.

The mother of the child who was savagely beaten said she reported the violent incident to Coconut Palm K-8 Academy, but the school said they couldn’t do anything.

The mother, who wished to remain anonymous, told a local outlet that she is pressing charges against Coconut Palm K-8 academy and is also pursuing criminal charges against the teens who beat her children.

According to another mother who wished to remain anonymous, there is a huge problem with violence at Coconut Palm K-8 Academy and nothing is being done about it no matter how many parents complain.

“This needs to be taken care of right away. Our children are in danger at school where we are trusting other people to do their jobs,” said the mother, who only wanted to be identified as Jenni per NBC. “That’s not justifiable. It doesn’t matter what was said. Our kids need to learn that through violence nothing is resolved.”

Now, NBC Miami reported that the teenager was only given a “civil citation,” which is a written arrest after the brutal assault of a third grader on the school bus.

According to the Office of Justice Programs, “the goal of civil citation is to divert first-time, low-level juvenile offenders away from the juvenile justice system at the earliest stage of the process. The program is intended to limit eligible youths’ contact with the system and reduce potential stigma associated with an arrest record.”

Below is the statement released by the Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS):

“Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS) is aware that several video clips involving students from Coconut Palm K-8 Academy are circulating on a social media platform, which promotes prohibited unsafe behavior. Miami-Dade Schools Police arrested the offender and they will be charged accordingly. Additionally, those involved will be disciplined according to the Code of Student Conduct. The safety and well-being of our students is of the utmost importance. This school district goes to great lengths to promote the values of restraint and respect as well as using social media responsibly. We ask that parents reinforce these principles at home.”
