According to Fox News reports on Saturday, July 22, 2023, on Thursday afternoon, as police officers were on their regular patrol, a series of fireworks caught their attention near a residence on East Dogwood Court and Cypress Street.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) revealed that Brandy McCaslin had fatally shot her three children before taking her own life, turning what should have been a joyous occasion into a nightmare.
The innocent lives lost in this tragic incident were 10-month-old Billy Jacobson, 6-year-old Bryce, and 11-year-old Noe.
